These Terms of Service apply to your use of Movlixy and its media processing tools.

Permitted use

You may use Movlixy only for lawful purposes and only with files that you own or are authorized to process.

Your responsibility for uploaded content

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or other authorization to upload and process any media submitted to Movlixy.

Prohibited use

You must not use Movlixy to process unlawful content, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, abuse the service, bypass technical limits, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

Service availability

Movlixy is provided on an availability basis. We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

Temporary files

Uploaded and generated files are intended to be temporary. You should download any output you need before it expires and is deleted.

No guarantee of output quality

Media conversion and compression may affect quality, compatibility, timing, metadata, file size, or other characteristics. Target file sizes are approximate and are not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Movlixy is not responsible for losses arising from unavailable service, deleted temporary files, failed conversions, incompatible output, or misuse of the service.

Termination

Access may be restricted or terminated where we reasonably believe the service is being abused, used unlawfully, or used in breach of these terms.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Movlixy after an update means the updated terms apply.
